Return and Exchange
We want you to feel confident ordering from Nams Ropa, but we understand that plans can change. Review the policies below before placing an order so you know exactly how changes, cancellations, and returns are handled.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify a confirmed order, email us at sales@namsropa.com within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
We’ll assist you as long as production hasn’t begun.
RETURNS POLICY
Effective date: Updated Policy for Nams Ropa
We accept returns for all merchandise (except Sale items) within 30 days from the delivery date recorded by the shipping provider.
Returned items must meet all conditions:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• All original tags attached
• In resalable condition
If items do not meet these standards, we may deny the refund.
Face masks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Leather Items
Leather returns are refunded as Store Credit only.
Accurate measurements ensure better fit, so we request cooperation during the ordering process.
FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS
Returning non-customized clothing
You may choose cash refund or store credit.
Returning customized clothing
Refunds are issued as store credit.
REPEAT CUSTOMERS
Returning non-customized clothing
You may choose cash refund or store credit.
Returning customized clothing
Refunds are issued as store credit.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE
A flat fee of $4 per item is charged for sending returns to our Returns Center.
NAMS ROPA RETURN POLICY
Cash Refund
Where eligible, the refund is issued for the purchase price minus customization fees and shipping fees originally charged.
Store Credit
Where applicable, store credit is issued for the full purchase price including customization fees.
NOTES
Gift Cards
Items purchased using gift cards are not eligible for cash refunds.
Overstock Items
Overstock returns are refunded as a gift card (valid for one year).
Shipping fees for overstock items are not refunded.
RETURNS PROCESS
1. Initiate Your Return
Email sales@namsropa.com or WhatsApp +1 (307) 310-2686 with the following details:
• Order ID
• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• Preferred refund method (cash refund or store credit, based on eligibility)
We will issue a Return Authorization Request (RAR).
Include the following inside your return package:
• Return Authorization Request #
• Order ID
• Your full name
• Items being returned
(Write these manually if you can’t print.)
FOR USA RETURNS
Pre-Paid Return Labels for U.S. Customers
We include a prepaid return label with each order to simplify the return process.
How to use it:
• Fill in your name and address on the prepaid label
• Attach it to the return box
• Remove or cover any old shipping labels
• Seal the package securely
Lost or misplaced your prepaid label?
If you lose or damage the prepaid return label:
• Arrange shipping at your own cost
• We reimburse up to $20 as a gift card
• Email sales@namsropa.com with the tracking details
Multiple returns from the same order
Only the first return shipment for an order is covered by Nams Ropa.
Additional returns from the same order must be shipped at your expense.
Using a prepaid label from a previous order
If you still have an unused label from an earlier order, you may use it.
Share the tracking number, order ID, and item details with us.
WHERE TO DROP OFF
We issue two types of prepaid labels: UPS and Xindus.
UPS Label
You may drop the package at:
• USPS Post Office (USPS accepts UPS return labels)
• Your mailbox for USPS pickup
• Any UPS Store
Choose whichever is convenient.
Xindus Label
Take the sealed package to your nearest UPS Store.
