Shipping Policy
When we deliver
All pieces are custom-made to your height, size, and style.
Production time takes about 2–4 weeks.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All transactions are processed in US Dollars ($).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Your payment is charged immediately when the order is confirmed.
• Only one discount coupon may be used per order
• You can apply multiple gift cards on a single order
• All discount codes, coupons, and gift cards are single-use and cannot be transferred, re-issued, or converted to cash unless specified
• Minimum order value:
– $20 for assorted mask-only orders
– $40 for mask combo and apparel orders (after discounts)
Order Processing
Once payment is successful, an order confirmation email is sent to your registered email address.
Orders may be canceled within 3 business days if we cannot fulfill them due to:
• Quality issues with fabric or trims
• Insufficient fabric
• Special instructions we cannot execute
• Incomplete or unsupported address
• Incorrect coupon usage
• Pricing errors caused by manual or technical issues
• Suspicious or abnormal payment activity
• Any misuse of services
If an order is canceled, the full amount is refunded within 3 business days.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We ship only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
HOW WE DELIVER
• Orders cannot be split and shipped to multiple locations
• Address changes must be requested before the order is shipped
• Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, canceled, or redirected
• Our courier makes three delivery attempts
• If you miss these attempts, the courier will ask you to schedule a suitable delivery time
• A delivery confirmation email is sent as soon as the courier confirms successful delivery
Lost Packages
If you receive a delivery confirmation email but have not received the package, contact us within 3 business days.
We cannot cover or replace lost packages reported after this period.
SHIPPING COSTS — UNITED STATES
All apparel is custom-made at our production facility before being shipped directly to you.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the number of items in your order:

Masks
• Shipping for orders containing only masks: $4.95
• If masks are part of an order that includes apparel, no extra shipping fee is charged on the masks
US SALES TAX
We follow applicable tax laws.
Items shipped to certain states may be subject to sales or use tax.
Tax is based on:
• Purchase value
• Product type
• Delivery destination
Tax may apply to orders shipped to states where collection is required.
Gift cards are not taxed, but orders paid with gift cards may be taxed.
CUSTOMS COSTS — UNITED STATES
Personal purchases over $800 in a single day incur US Customs duties.
We absorb these costs for all US orders.
If you receive a duty payment request from the courier, contact us for reimbursement.
